Shipping & Postage

All our parcels are sent via Australia Post network. Orders and payments received by 12pm Queensland AEST will be posted the same business day.

Please make sure your shipping address,  phone number and email are correct and complete.  DETOX26 will not be responsible for incorrect shipping details. Your phone number or email may be used by the shipping company to contact you in case they have problems delivering your order.


Orders within Australia

We use Australia Post’s Express or Parcel Post service to deliver your parcel.

When your parcel has been dispatched you’ll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code plus SMS alert so you can find out where your parcel is at any time.

  • Priority Express: $11
  • Parcel Post: $6

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Delivery times Next business day 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends*) as long as your postcode falls into Australia Post’s next day delivery zones.

Delivery may take a little longer to rural areas.

Please note Express delivery to WA postcodes other than 6000 – 6005 is 3 – 5 business days (excluding weekends*)

We use Australia Post’s international service to deliver your parcel.

Customs information:  DETOX26 will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.

If placing an order from outside Australia: We request that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order not being delivered, being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us.

Please Note:  If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund you via Paypal.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

Refunds will not be issued until the returned packages are received unopened and physically in our warehouse.


IMPORTANT note for all orders:

Due to seasonal and Public Holidays such as Easter and Christmas, delivery times may vary from normal. Please allow extra time for delivery during these peak periods.

Orders and payments received from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening will not be processed until the next working day.

All deliveries are currently shipped with Australia Post and may be changed at our discretion.

Terms and conditions of delivery by Australia Post vary from time to time and are beyond our control.

There are several places to which Australia Post has conditional delivery, i.e. there may be weight limits due to subcontractors, high-rise building limits, remote location requirements, etc.

If you are not available to sign on delivery, or other Australia Post conditional delivery restrictions apply, your order will be delivered to an Australia Post outlet for your collection where possible. You will be advised by a card in your mailbox when and where parcels are available for collection.

You may change our delivery instructions on request; e.g. leave parcel at the front door; however we will not take responsibility if you do not receive it for any reason if you choose not to sign and for your parcel to be left unattended.

International Customs Tax

From time to time, customs may require you to pay a tax within your country for the delivery of your goods. This is not something SLIMTOX Australia will be responsible for.
